Anyone know a good garage in Musaffah for diff whine?

So my Wrangler JL has been making this annoying whining noise from the rear when I'm cruising around 80 on the E11, and honestly it's starting to stress me out. Took it to a guy near my place in Khalifa City and he just said "probably tires" which felt like a brush off. I'm fairly sure it's the differential because the sound changes when I lift off the throttle. I've been scrolling through a few local forums and someone mentioned a reliable Jeep maintenance service in Musaffah that deals with diff issues specifically, so I'm thinking of heading over there this weekend before it gets worse. Anyone actually used them or know if they do proper diagnostics instead of just guessing? Not looking to get ripped off, just want it sorted properly.
