My car's electrical system is driving me crazy, need advice

I'm at my wit's end with this weird electrical issue on my 2019 Pajero where the dashboard lights randomly flicker and sometimes the infotainment screen just reboots itself for no apparent reason, and on top of that I've noticed the battery drains faster than it should even after I replaced it with a brand new one a couple of months ago. I've taken it to two different garages and they both ran diagnostics but couldn't find any fault codes or obvious issues, which is frustrating because clearly something is wrong but nobody seems to know where to even start looking. I'm starting to think it might be a grounding issue or maybe some kind of intermittent short in the wiring harness, but honestly I don't have the knowledge or the tools to start tracing wires myself and I'm worried about getting stranded somewhere if it gets worse. I've been asking around and apparently there's a trusted car electrical repair workshop in Musaffah that actually has the proper diagnostic equipment and experienced technicians who specialize in these tricky electrical gremlins rather than just guessing and replacing parts at random. Has anyone here dealt with similar issues on their Mitsubishi or any other SUV and found a place that actually managed to track down the root cause instead of just telling you to come back if it happens again? I really need to get this sorted before it leaves me stuck on the side of the road somewhere.
