j'ai un pb dans une partie de ce cours: Alors voila dans la procédure communautaire ou centralisé :elle est obligatoire dans un certain cas (par exemple l'obtention d'AMM pour un médicament traitant diabète) mais je n'est pas très bien compris quand cette procédure est non obligatoire..
